Customer Reviews

Well done SAM FARAH5
The compilation is simply brilliant. A pat on the back goes to SAM FARAH for the choice of arabic songs, and I must say all 16 songs are fabulous!!!!
I would recommend this to those who are not familiar with arabic music in a heartbeat.

Arabic Delight5
A brilliant compilation. I bought this CD for my wife who loves Arabic music, especially music she can dance to. But I couldn't stop myself falling in love with it myself. Great selection for a novice like me, and a treasure for an Arabic music expert like my wife (apart from one instrumental track in the middle which is slightly less than great). Even my daughter listens to it non stop, and says it's the best Arabic collection to come out "in the last God knows how many years"... (She's only 12!!!)
Whether you love Arabic music or not, buy it... you'll love it!!

Superb!5
I love arabic music and believe me i get the mickey taken huge by my mates. This album is excellent, a superb cross section of arabic fusion music with some great beats, superb vocals and a whole lot of passion. When i first began to explore arabic music i found some of it a bit dry. Then i discovered arabic fusion music which is a blend of traditional beats and vocals which are layered over western bass beats. This album, alongside arabic groove, is my favourite. It makes me happy, makes me bounce around the flat and makes me sing along in gibberish cos i cant speak arabic (yet!) Walla Alla Dalo is a stand out track for me, as is Habibi Dah. This album contains all the top names in modern arabic fusion muisc from Elissa (done even get me started on her!!!!) to Amr Diab and Dania. If you are going to do this buy arabic groove first and this second. If you like your music to be rich, textured colourful and passionate then get your credit card out.
