You do not get chance to get bored with this package from aerobics to belly dancing it is fun. The heat in your feet section for when you are wishing to learn the sexy salsa moves.

It keeps you going back for more.

Great Workout DVD
Great DVD with a variety of workouts - highly recommended. Will note however that it is confusing initially as the 3 discs are mislabeled.
