My favourite yoga dvd
This is not traditional yoga with slow breathing, where you hold your poses for a long time. This a very fast paced athletic routine with 5 seperate 10 minute routines for your entire body. You can do each one seperately or you can put them all together for a really challenging yoga routine. The instructor is very skilled, has great form, and gives very clear instructions. But be warned this is not for beginners as the pace is very fast, and no modificationsa are shown. But if you are familiar with yoga this could be your next step. You will be not disappointed.

Great DVD
I have tried many yoga dvd's, some I love and some I can't even bring myself to follow, but this one is great. Its broken up into 10 minute sessions to either do individually or create your own routine.

I am not a big fan of sun salutations as I find them mundane, but this video combines a great sun salutation series combined with a yoga burn, which definitely gets you started in the morning.

Def worth checking out!!!

Nothing relaxing about this!
I am new to yoga having only done classes for the past few months. I bought this DVD as I liked the idea of 10 minute workouts - and would agree that this is a benefit of the DVD as you can do as much as you like.
However, I found the instruction too fast to follow safely at times, but maybe this will improve as I get to know the postures.
It is not relaxing in any shape or form and I thought the music was slightly irritating.
