Couldn't suck the skin off a custard pie...
The Dyson DC08 is singularly the worst vacuum cleaner I have ever had the misfortune to own - and what a price to learn that mistake. It would block up persistently, the cyclone thingummy would clog just like a bagged cleaner! So much for Dyson's claims that his are better than bagged ones! The HEPA filter, the bug filter all just added to the misery as they clogged just as easily. The best cleaner I have owned was a Panasonic - still have it for cleaning out the cars. Even used the Panasonic followed by the Dyson - the only way the Dyson could cope - but it didn't collect anything cos the Panasonic had already cleaned up. Would I buy a Dyson again ? Once bitten... so not a chance.
