Synopsis
Based on Chris Cleave's electrifying novel, INCENDIARY is the story of a promiscuous adulteress (Michelle Williams – BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN, HALLOWEEN H20) who becomes wracked with guilt after her husband and son are killed during a bomb blast at a football game while she was having an illicit encounter with a man—Jasper (Ewan McGregor (TRAINSPOTTING, MOULIN ROUGE)--she picked up in a pub. Matters complicate further when the young mother becomes involved with Terrence (Matthew MacFayden (ENIGMA, PRIDE AND PREJUDICE), the policeman in charge of the investigation into the bombing. Hurt and betrayed, Jasper begins his own investigation and soon discovers that Terrence harbours some shocking secrets himself...

i would recomend it
i watched this film last night and it was one of the best i had seen in months .Its has got an exciting storyline which draws you into watching.At the start i wasn't taking much intrest in it but I really started to enjoy it .There was no point in the film where i just wanted it to end .I found the story also complicated but easy to follow.There was nothing wrong with the film Michelle Williams, Ewan McGregor and Matthew Macfadyen where brilliant in the film.Why was the film barely in the cinema because i have never heard of it till yesterday

FEMALE DICK VAN DYKE? NEVER!
I COULN'T DISAGREE MORE ABOUT MICHELLE WILLIAMS'S ACCENT; I THOUGHT IT WHOLLY CONVINCING. MOREOVER, HER PERFORMANCE WAS POSSIBLY THE BEST THING IN A DIFFUSE AND RATHER DISAPPOINTING FILM.

Incendiary
Ok so this isn't the greatest film ever, but definitely worth watching! Michelle Williams and Ewan McGreggor give great performances, but the plot is a little confusing at times. Undeservedly given very limited distribution at the cinema, hopefully more people will see this on DVD!
