A decent build up but a forgettable ending.
I am uncertain of what to think of this, in some ways it is good but it all feels like it is building to something else leaving the ending very unsatisfying.
Greg Lands art is, well greg lands art, its good in many ways but also looks wrong, and it is pretty inconsistant too, one panel will look like an amazing portrait the next will look like a disproportionate mess. So the art is fairly solid but not great.
The writing? well it's pretty good except the ending, and as the story will likely be followed up the end result may be greater than it seems within the single volume.
