Very good
This book is written very clearly and precisely. It is easy to follow and understand and extremely helpful. Everything is explained in plain english and tells you why to do the movements and more importantly how to do them. Excellent help with problems. Written without the usual waffling and keeps the readers' interest up until the last page.
