A Good Introduction3
This short book provides a good introduction to the basics in dressage. It is particularly suitable for those who are looking to train a young horse but also applicable to those trying dressage for the first time.

The book provides an overview of various exercises and the opening sections on 'The Dressage Seat' and 'The Basic Gaits' are very well explained with illustrations which aid the reader.

This book merely provides an overview of dressage and some movements and does not overload you with information, however,it does not direct the rider in how to ride them successfully.

A good read for novices!
