Small Claims
This is part of an excellent series of legal self-help packages, but I have found that this particular product provides nothing that cannot be obtained for free from either the local county court itself or online from HMCS. Two of the documents in the package had been superseded and had to be downloaded in any case. If you need to go to court as either a civil plaintiff or a defendant and cannot access the internet easily and you live a long way from your local county court then this package will give you all you need to help you prepare, present and, hopefully, win your case.
