Magnificent melodrama to the max!5
Bombastic and dramatic, and by turns intensely classical and shreddingly metallic, Dawn Of Victory is a timely reminder that heavy rock is about Wide Screen Baroque. Forget the whiny trends of Brit Indiepop, this is a fullon cavalry charge that tramples all in its path, and also has a fine sense of humour (at least that`s the way I see it). Far more accessible and purposely OTT that Manowar ever were, Rhapsody manage to achieve levels of powerful music seldom reached by others. Brilliant, get it.

Just as good as the last album, maybe better5
The first thing to hit you is the epic choir on the first track, and as usual delivers its mighty intro to the first song, which on the last two rhapsody album has been a fast speed metal riff, well i must say that this one (dawn of victory) doesnt dissapoint in the slightest, being melodic and fast. I can honestly all the other songs are brilliant, the 3rd song has an excellent middle part, and the fourth song village of the dawarves is a good pounding folky song, with a classiac bagpipe intro to it. The single Holy Thunder force is one of the best songs on the album, and the last song the mighty ride of the fire lord is a stunning ten minute masterpiece where you hear the line from the first song (the choirs) with an excellent drum beat behind it. As for the singing, well you get a dose of some of the finest you will hear, fabio lione, with his excellent vocal range, he might get some of the pronociation wrong sometimes, but his voice is perfect for the style of music. Overall this album is just as epic as the last, also the story behind the lyrics is far more deep than the last one. The inlay booklet that you get with the cd is stunning as well with loads of storyies in it and excellent photographs, but i must say that the bearded fellow, Aresius looks very suspicios, but gives a great feel to it, you can tell that an enormas amount of effort has been put into this album, Go ahead, buy it, really you wont be dissapointed

Superb- Their best so far.5
Rhapsody are great in general- the musical talent on their work makes other bands look weak in comparisson. Anyone who thinks metal is purely about bands such as limp bizkit should educate themselves and listen to this.
This is the band's best offering so far- probably more powerful than the other albums. The whole feeling of the album really makes your imagination go.
The style is kind of a mix between classical and metal- sounds odd but really works.
My advice is to buy this (and King of the nordic twilight- a solo project for one rhapsody's members) and listen with an open mind- i think anyone would enjoy this.
