Typical Hammerfall
This review only needs to be short! Why? Because if you like Hammerfall (and hence have arrived at this page, reading this) then you will like this release.
It's not a revolution in music, but its a slick, well executed euro-power metal release. Catchy melodies, great riffs, and faultless production values.
You know what to expect from these guys, and they deliver the medicine! A bit of fresh-air in metal these days too - no pretension, just fun music.
3 stars may be a bit harsh, but I want to show in clear terms that this isn't going to impress new fans or create musical history!
Hammerfall At Their Very Best
As the owner of quite a few Hammerfall CDs I have to say this is their best offering to date. All songs are perfectly formed catchy power metal masterpieces !. Highlight tracks are Threshold, The Fire Burns Forever, Rebel Inside, Natural High, and Carved In Stone.
If You like Manowar or Helloween you will love Hammerfall !.
