When water is added it transforms this hydrophilic (water-loving) formula into a milky emulsion, easily rinsing away oil-based debris from the skin's surface and allowing your recommended Dermalogica Cleanser to penetrate even further for professional cleansing results. Formulated with conditioning Rice Bran and Vitamin E oils, this gentle blend can be used around the eye area to even remove waterproof mascara. Offers a deep cleansing ideal for even the most oily skin conditions. Contains no artificial fragrance or colour. To use: Use as the first step of your Dermalogica Double Cleanse, and follow with your recommended Dermalogica Cleanser. Shake a generous amount of PreCleanse into dry hands. Sweep across neck, cheeks and forehead and massage with circular motions. Wet hands and massage until it turns into a light, milky emulsion. Remove by rinsing thoroughly with warm water. Absolutely Brilliant!
I've not seen anything like this by any other manufacturer and it is a brilliant product. It's one that is nearly always used if you go for a Dermalogica facial in a salon. Dermalogica pre-cleanse is a deep pore cleansing oil that is put on and massaged in to the face before adding a tiny bit of water to make it lather and pull away the dirt (which gets trapped by the oil) and then is washed off as normal with warm water. The feeling in your skin after using this is unbelievable - it feels like it could get no cleaner, yet it's not filled with chemicals which dry out your face - it just feels like a really nice deep clean.

I highly recommend this product, to use with other Dermalogica products in a skin regime (suited to your skin), once or twice a week.
