"He's no good to me dead!"
Lightyears ahead of the original release, Lego have finally released a version of Boba Fett's infamous ship which actually does it justice.
Based more around the framework of the Lego Attack of The Clones Slave 1, this version is slightly larger and with a more solid construction than either of its predecessors. The attention to detail also shows, especially with the engines and tracking systems underneath.
The ship is also packed with features including a fold-up ramp for the carbonite encased Han Solo, rotating tail laser cannons, two storage compartments, deployable mines, storage racks for two blasters and best of all, a large firing laser cannon which launches a projectile (like the one from the TIE Bomber kit - #4479) from behind two doors which open just below the cockpit.
All this and you get 5 figures too. Boba Fett and Han in Carbonite are two reissues but you do get three new characters in the shape of Dengar, IG-88 and a Bespin Security Guard.
For any Star Wars or Lego enthusiast no collection is complete without the new Slave 1.
