If you can't buy expensive, buy short
I bought the 3m cable for my PS3 -> 1080p Viera and it simply won't carry the 1080p. The most it'll handle is 1080i and even then there's the odd flicker.
Given the number of positive reviews I can only assume that eveyone else bought a shorter cable that didn't degrade the signal.

In short, don't buy the 3m unless your TV can't handle progressive scan.

First Class Cable
Got this cable to connect my dvd recorder, arrived next day and worked immediately.
No complaints whatsoever.

Not compatible with Panasonic Viera Systems
Would not work with my Panasonic TV and Panasonic DVD Player, with or without the Panasonic Viera system. Or when I tried to link my laptop to the TV. Very odd. But a HDMI cable bundled with a graphics card worked fine.

So it makes me wary of buying another cable and I really don't want to pay some of the silly prices they're asking.

But Gizmo-Deals offered a prompt refund so happy to use the company again.
