A pleasure to read!
This book was a delight. I was looking for something to give me an idea of Carl Rogers work and life, that might prove useful in my counselling studies. It is all that and more. A very easy to read book, with a very personal style that gives real insight into the man and his work.

It contains case studies, autobiographical extracts and teachings from the great man himself without feeling like a reference book. It's more like sitting in a seminar and being imparted golden nuggets of information mined from his life's experience.

It is a fascinating and useful book that can be read from cover to cover, relevantly selected from or dipped into at will. If you have any interest in the way Carl Roger's mind works, then this is the book for you.
