a good all rounder
in mid 30s my son was diagnosed with diabetes and this book has helped make his menus more palatable without fuss, AND, the entire family can enjoy the same meal......
Wonderful for exchange list and great recipes.
This book helps you to understand all the food exchanges and how they play a part of your diet. The recipes I have tried have been wonderful and my family has enjoyed every meal I have fixed.
