american style
nothing against american styled cooking but some of the ingredients are a bit difficult to find in scotland, therefore i dont use this book very often. the book is really well laid out in sections....i suppose if you have nothing else to do but search the shops then this might be a challenge for someone but not for me.
tastless
every dish in this book could do with a table spoon of sugar. You may die in a Diabetic coma, but at least you'll have had something that tastes nice rather than cardboard laced with saccharin.
