As someone newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, and a person who cannot stand reading books, I was pleasently surprised to find I read all 275 pages in one day!

This book is indispensibe, and really does teach you every last thing there is to know, it is set out in simple questions and answers and you can find any specific information on just about any topic very easily.

Put into plain english with the minimum of confusing medical terms, this really is a nice easy book to read.

I cannot recommend this book enough, and is always great to have for future refrence and has a good emergencies section, just incase.

This is a ideal book for those who need to know more about their condition. Written in an easily understood and concise manner. After an initial reading it becomes a valuable reference scource with a first class and very complete index.
