My most used Cookbook5
This book is full of a wonderful selection of tasty recipies. All those I've tried have worked beautifully and are suitable for the whole family as well as the one on a 'diet'. This book has certainly helped me to lose the stone & a half that I have lost so far by being such an inspiration.

You will lose weight!3
This diet really does work - I lost two stone with minimum effort and found a lot of the recipes really delicious, my favourite being the keema.

I did have to double check the diet guidelines from time to time, as some recipes in the cookbook were flagged up for the 3 phases and some weren't. For example one recipe containing quite a lot of coconut milk was not marked as phase 2.

I would say this book is a great guide for a reasonably competent cook as I've had to tweak the timings and measures in some recipes, but that may be down to taste.

It's hard not to be delighted by the enthusiasm and inventiveness of the recipes and because I can guarantee that you'll lose weight following the diet, do buy the book but be prepared to tinker about with the occasional recipe. No hardship really, after all, that's what cooking is about!

worth its weight in gold5
the recipes in this book are so un-dietlike that when you dish them up to family and friends they have no idea they are low carb and very healthy, they are absolutely delicious, easy to make and addictive to eat. India, Neris and Bee Rawlinson deserve a medal for publishing this.
