Brilliant
The DVD is divided into five ten minute sections, focusing on different parts of the body but always maintaining exercise of the core. It is challenging at first, but becomes easier the more you do it. Encouraging comments from the instructors such as "this greatly reduces inches" helps to spur you on! Although challenging, the exercises are enjoyable and almost therapeutic in parts. This is not a exercise DVD which you dread doing, I feel it has already improved my abs and shape, as I have noticed a difference after only a couple of weeks.

Very effecive
One of my favorites, it is very challenging but that is what i like. It is no nonsense, simple moves that really work. I could feel change in my posture and muscles after a week. I can also highly recommend the other DVD they made!
