Synopsis
Reduce body fat while strengthening and toning your muscles and becoming more in tune with your body as a whole. Utilising a holistic approach, fitness instructor Suzanne Deason draws upon yoga, Pilates, and traditional workout methods to target trouble areas to keep weight off. This is a healthy way to avoid fad dieting and to maintain an appropriate body weight through exercise.

Great Workout!5
This offers a really great workout. I would reccomend it to all not just those whom wish to loose some weight. The workout has been designed though so that one and all may enjoy it (even if your body is larger.) You can do it all the way through or just work on one or two of the sections you feel like. It is also energetic enough to be a challenge even to those of us whom are fit already. Form is everything so I would suggest watching it a few times before attempting it so you have an idea of what you should be trying to achieve.

As with all the Gaiam Mind Body Health dvds this one is excellent. Give it and the others a go. Balance Ball for Beginners is also very good and well worth getting for your collection. They would complement each other very well.

A definite must have for home exercisers5
It's now the second DVD I buy from Gaiam, with Suzane Deason as an Instructor...and I'm obviously going to buy a lot more. It's great exercise, not too demanding, but not too easy either, she is great with the explanations of the positions, breathing, etc.. And when you finish the exercise you feel lighter, and relaxed... A definite must have for home exercisers.

I bought this DVD a few months back. It's all right if you're familiar with Pilates positions; however it is quite hard to master all her moves. Especially if you're a beginner at the balance ball. It certainly didn't make me feel as if I was utilising my body and my muscles to their full strength and capacity, I didn't feel out of breath and i didn't feel as if I'd had a proper work out. I don't think this DVD is for weight loss, I see it more as a toning DVD. If you want to get toned, buy it! If you want to lose weight, go to the gym!
