Wooden boards are naturally resistant to bacteria and are easy to keep clean, using hot soapy water. To prolong the life of your board remember not to leave it submerged in water for any length of time as this will weaken the glue used to hold it together. An occasional seasoning with olive oil will ensure your board gives you years of good service.

Great but small
Wonderful quality and very heavy for it's size!

Please note it is really small though (about 15cm round)

I assumed this was a large chopping board by the picture and hence am sending it back.
