Blurred photos
I would say that 75% of the close up photos I take with this camera come out blurred.

And no, I don't have shaky hands!

I spent [...] on this, and I wish I hadn't bothered. It just isn't good enough. I'm buying a new camera next month when I go over to the US on vacation, despite only owning this one a year.

I really can't recommend this camera. And the worst thing is, you can't even tell from looking at the image on the LCD screen if it's blurred or not. Images that look fine on the LCD are totally blurred when you download them and view them on a computer.

Very good all-round digi camera
I have had this camera for over 2 years and have always had excellent results, never blurred ones ! It has a host of features beyond its price, is solid, has a good zoom range and deserves my 4 stars.
