Customer Reviews

A superbly useful book!5
I purchased this book while studying an e-commerce module on my degree course, and found it to be excellent. All the important topics are covered: e-Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, legal guidelines etc. Unlike some academic books on e-business, the advice given is very practical, and makes for an easy read. In fact, the book is written for those who wish to implement a website for their own business, but will suit business managers and students alike.
If you want a good, practical introduction to e-business, buy this book!
