Should of been alot better.2
As a big fan of the Fantastic Four from my childhood i`ve taken a keen interest in all things connected, this game would have been acceptable on a previous console years ago bit these days we are used to much more. The Wii offers more options for game play than my old gamecube but just smashing everything and everyone does n`t make for great entertainment for long and there is a strong feeling of having played this kind of game before but on a better game. The film was n`t great but is way better than this offering,it will be on offer at a cheaper price before long so save your money,i wish i had.

Under-rated4
I bought this game because I recently got a Wii and Im a fan of the Fantastic Four. I was expecting a cheaply made game after reading the reviews. The other reviews mention a glitch where everything crashes and a loud noise is heard, that did occur for me aswell. I was progressing through level 1 and everything froze and the noise came on, I was forced to restart my Wii console. Fortunately I had enjoyed the game so far so I decided to give the game another go. Since then I have not ever had that same problem again, so if your thinking about buying this game, don't let that stop you, its a very rare problem with this game.

Back onto the game now. The graphics are better than you would think. They certainly aren't the worst graphics on the wii. The cutscenes are identical to the PS3 and Xbox 360 version of the game, they aren't exactly next-gen cutscenes but they will do. Gameplay can be rather enjoyable. If you don't like "beat-em-up" repetitive gameplay styles then this game probably will not impress you, however if your a fan of the Fantastic 4, you should probably give this game a go, especially since the price is so low for a Wii game.

The sound isn't great. Unfortunately the actors from the movie do not lend their voices to this game, but the impersonators do an alright job. The voice acting isn't top notch, but it really doesn't matter that much. Other than that, the sound is fine. There is some nice background noise and when a fight occurs the music blasts on.

All in all, this game is alright. If your a Fantastic Four fan and you own a wii then you should probably try this game out. If your not really a fan and you have an Xbox 360 or a PS3, then either buy the game for those consoles or not at all. Finally If your thinking of buying this game for kids, then thats a great idea. Partly because the game can be fairly easy and also because its not a serious game that contains gore or killing of a human or animal, the enemies are mostly aliens, robots or rock monsters etc.

I do recommend this so please don't be offput by the other reviews. Thanks

my poor ears!2
Thought I would enter a review after reading the one above. I bought this game elsewhere, and after having the entire thing freeze and make an awful high pitch squeal which made my eardrums feel like they were gonna burst, I took it back today and got a replacement- just tested it, exact same problem!
