My 5 year old daughter loves this doll, she has great fun cutting her hair. Her favorite birthday present.

Beware Barbie
Be aware that though this Barbie Rapunzel doll on its own is very much as expected in comparison with other Barbie dolls, the accessories are somewhat below par. In particular there are very small items - a pair of shoes reluctant to stay on the doll's feet, and a tiara muddling the hair rather than holding it in place. A plastic brush for grooming is satisfactory, and just as well for hair is easily tangled within itself and it gets caught up in the `rose' decoration on Rapunzel's dress. There are 3 hair extensions and 2 braided plaits with `pop-bead' connectors and a pair of plastic scissors to allow separation - but the joint of the scissors too readily comes apart and the pivot is small and easy to mislay. As well as extending Rapunzel's hair, her basic hair may be restyled with plaits or bunches or whatever, and the extensions may be looped or fitted to alternate pop-bead connectors. However all this is likely to be quickly ignored and Rapunzel becomes just another Barbie doll. Having said that: it was a great `hit' as a present for one of my grand-daughter's 4th birthday.
