About the Author
Caroline Davis studied Illustration at Norwich School of Art. Since graduating she has worked for a number of publishers, illustrating and designing a wide range of books for young children. Caroline lives and works in Surrey.

Fantastic!
4 month old baby boy is facinated by it, stops the teething cries instantly and will stare at each page for ages, absolutely briliant and stimulating for tiny ones! Have purchased the entire series!

perfect for 16 months
This little book has become a bedtime favourite with my 16 month old son who doesn't have the greatest attention span. The images are clear and bold, good colours, slightly stylised but very recognisable. The glittery bits which make the windows, wheels, etc on the various vehicles are minimal - just enough to provoke interest and a bit of pointing. It is also an ideal length. Our only problem had been that it's usually the train and not the boat that says toot toot. The pages can be difficult for little fingers to turn, but I keep a finger hooked under the next page to make it easy. It fits in my bag easily and is a familiar book to help settle him when we are away. Yes we love this book!
