Excellent content and pretty complete!
'Swedish Massage' goes through a full body massage with close-up footage of technique and running commentary. I found the explanations sufficient to expose the principles behind the techniques without going into excessive detail. There is minimal editing of shots so you don't lose your point of reference and can concentrate on the massage without being too conscious of what the camera is trying to accomplish. Along the way Victoria also points out potential pitfalls in technique which I certainly wouldn't have guessed were they not mentioned. Only reason it didn't get the full 5 stars was because there were a few moments when I couldn't quite see what she was doing with her whole hand: difficult to show when massaging someone's wrist with boths hands, but lacking nonetheless. I don't see myself needing to buy any other material on the subject.

Absolute rubbish
This DVD is a complete waste of time, it doesn't show techniques properly, and is of very limited use to anyone.

Brilliant!
This is fantastic for those studying Swedish Body massage. It is clear and concise unlike other DVD's where the person doing the massage spends too much time talking and gets in the way of the movements so that you cant see them. This is a must buy for those interested and I think Victoria Sprigg was very professional and softly spoken. People like Victoria continue to give a good name to this industry. Keep up the good work!
