Using the "Barney Bay" which is full of bits and bobs odds and ends, Barney's friends create a surprise. Unfortunately while helping Baby Bop find his blanket "The Winkster" (a naughty man who loves to play tricks) comes along and steals the bag with the surprise in. Barney and his friends try to catch "The Winkster" throughout the scenes including the circus events such as: clowns, naughty monkeys, dancing bears and an elephant. Eventually the bag is recovered and the surprise revealed.

Favourite songs combined with the thrill of a chase make this a winning combination. --Mandy Wood

most enjoyable
Having to watch Barney day in day out, I thought Id seen it all. Live in New York City has to be an exeption, I myself very much enjoyed it, watching the children in the audience made me want to join in with the 'FUN', I found my daughter saying a lot more words as she was copying every word, also singing and dancing which she thought was great fun through her shreaks of laughter. I would recommend this video to anyone with children it really is fun for the whole family. Well done Barney best one Ive seen yet!
