Poor quality - what a shame
I bought this item to house my shoe collection. As expected, it required self-assembly. Despite spending 45mins, getting one blister and having my boyfriend come help me we could not get it to stand up without the metal poles from falling out as the plastic sides would not stand straight. I am quite confident with flat pack instructions and I wrongly assumed this would be a no-brainer. Called betterware today who are currently sending out an addressed envelope for me to return the product so I can get a refund. For the time being my poor shoes are homeless!!

It falls over!
I bought this item for my vast shoe collection thinking it would be perfect. However after spending hours putting it together (as I couldn't get the polls to stay in) I proudly displayed my shoes!
Only it feel over in the night and WILL NOT support itself up to the full height.

I have compromised at only putting it half up and this will support itself - Just.

Robust actually!!
I will admit that the rack is difficult to put together, and you often think everything is locked in when it isn't. But once all the joins are COMPLETELY pressed in (sitting on it helps), then the rack is actually VERY strong.
It holds 24 pairs of mens shoes, with space left over for flip flops etc, and is strong enough to be moved around (carefully) whilst it still has the shoes on.

I've had this rack for months now, with no problems at all and actually had some people ask me where I've got it from.
