Not bad as an introduction to and a history of hypnosis, although you can probably get all you need on this from general searches of the internet. Very short book that gives guidance on making your own hypnosis tapes, however the chances are you've got more important things on your plate at this time than doing this and would be better off with a ready made tape such as 'Transforming Childbirth' by Tina Taylor & Nick Kemp, at least until you've got into it enough to perhaps be confident enough to make your or else use your own choice of music.
