Customer Reviews
Very good read and exercises
I bought this book after my boyfriend dumped me without really telling me why. we had been together 7 years on and off but he was the one for me. it has been 2 weeks since the split and i thought i would look for something that might help how i feel. i came across this book online, bought and read it within 4 hours, it is quite addictive and the writing exercises are very helpful because they get you to write down your feelings and think about them. Basically the book has taught me that, it is ok to have these feelings about aniexty, depression, sadness & loneiness etc, you have to experience these feelings and allow them in order to get through them. they do pass and you don't call that man!!
Buy this book and Don't Call That Man!!!!
I read this book in one sitting tonite and it was full of wonderful information; and I am looking forward to doing the writing exercises in the book. It's been a week since my relationship ended and I've been searching the net for some information and help to assist in how I'm feeling and ordered this book a few days ago and it arrived today.
This book provides insights, useful information, tips, understanding as to what I'm going through, how I can help myself, how I can stop from wanting to call him, tools, and I will be using this book over and over again; especially when I'm in my next relationship and/or if I get the urge to call another guy if he doesn't call me for a while etc and I feel abandoned etc.
I feel empowered and no longer feel a victim after reading the book and feel ready to continue to cut all ties with my ex as I now know it's not my fault and I'm not to blame and reading the book was really enlightening. I wish I'd had it in my collection before.
Great book! Buy it and DON't Call That Man!!! :)
A real dignity saver!
I've owned this book for a couple of years now and have lent it to various friends who were going through difficult times, as I had. We all think the book is great. Its easy to relate to and helps keep you strong and be realistic. I wholeheartedly recommend this book for anyone who needs to let go of a failed love affair. You will be so pleased you didn't call that man.
