Save money and time.get this5
I have been DJing for a few years, building up my kit as i have gone along. It takes time to work out the kit that is best for mixing and features.I am going to save you a lot of time and money. It's simple,if you are just using cd's and not moved to mp3 and are not going to for a long while. The deck for you is the numark cdn-88.Read the spec.If you don't need all the features now,you will want them later as your skills and understanding what DJing is all about.beat matching while keeping the key the same is what mixing is all about.Or you could buy somthing for less and park busses in the gaps between tracks or have your mixes sound like horses fall down the stairs.when you know what i mean by this it's time to get the cdn-88

Look no further!5
The Numark CDN-88s are a twin CD decks which are effectively two CD players with a removeable console. The decks are the second set of decks Ive had and I havent needed to upgrade past these-theyre that good.
The effects on board are all fun and easy to use but the real-time scratching is a little disappointing with not much of a 'spin-back' option that sounds authentic (although if you're using vinyl you shouldnt really be looking at these!) but the actual scratching with the jog wheel is near spot-on to what the vinyl sounds like.
My old pair of these broke after 2 years of continuous use (ie. once every other day at an hour or more a go depending on gigs) which is, in my opinion, very good considering the price. However, the only thing that broke was the play button which became unresponsive after a year and a half or so and gradually declined until it hardly worked at all. Same for the cue button on the other deck. However, despite this the rest of the functions worked and are still intact and working perfectly so its probably just me being too forceful!
The decks are the best value for money and are excellent for bedroom DJs and mobile DJs alike that want a quick, easy-to-set-up pair of decks that use up a minimal amount of room. For 300 quid this is really is up there with the best of decks and if you're serious about DJing, THIS is the perfect set of decks to get.
