Soothing sounds.5
This CD is unique in the sense that it is a continuous flow of gentle textures for the full 74 minutes. As a therapist, I find that a lot of music in this area is distracting rather than soothing, this is probably due to using too much melody which tends to exite the brain, rather than relax it. This CD is the opposite, clients are continually commenting on how relaxed it makes them feel. I can thoroughly recommend it.
