from the tombs
first in a series of four action figures of cybermen from various different doctor who stories. this one is the original cyberman fromDoctor Who: The Tenth Planet[1966](Original BBC Television Soundtrack). It stands slightly higher than six inches, and recreates the look of the cybermen from that story, when they were humanoid figures in face masks with lots of tubes and a large chest unit.

because this is an action figure it cant quite feel like it's a human wearing a silver suit and a mask like the cybermen in the story, it does all look and feel like it's part of the body. but that's only a minor criticism because beyond that this is an excellent job at recreating the design.

the head can be twisted, as can the elbows shoulders and hands. and there's also articulation at the waist, top of the legs, knees and ankles.

it comes complete with some of the parts for a figure of the cyber controller from the story tomb of the cybermen. to get the rest of the parts for that figure you need to buy the other three figures in this rangem which are from the stories tomb of the cybermen the invasion and the next doctor respectively.

all in all a very good recreation of the original cybermen and a figure that looks great on my shelves
