It's an umbrella, small but it works and is ideal for doctor who fans who like practical goods.

I ordered and received this umbrella, as described... pretty quickly as well. Was packed very well. Am a bit disappointed at how dark it looks,with the alternating black panels. My son, whom the umbrella was meant for,though, is happy with it..so i guess that's O.K.
