    Daleks underfoot3
If this was not Dr Who I would not be that enthralled by it. I had to add it to my collection but I expected for the price a softer rug to put my feet on. This has a rough feel, more like a doormat to wipe your feet on. Only keeping it because I am a Dr Who nut but you have to be really mad on the series to buy this.

Great. Big enough to lie on and watch the repeats of Dr Who. Just what the Dr ordered!

    Treat with caution5
This is all very well, and the kids will get one for Christmas, but I'm skeptical.

It's been the case for a while that the Daleks have been seen to "give up" on earth, and this has given rise to a certain degree of complacency.

    However.

They never give up. So when a product like this is actually released, it's only reasonable to ask the relevant questions. Was this rug part of the same batch that went through the usual manufacturing processes? Or could it be that some rugs contain the same quantum entanglement teleportation transceivers that were used with such devastating effect in Planet of the spiders?

I can just see what could happen if proper product control was not used in the manufacture here. The Daleks could have taken control of the factory and planted small seed devices in the fabric, thus allowing cellular spacial transcriptions to occur every time - or actual complete transMAT (..!) units substituted for just plain stupid old rugs.

Beware of using these in bathrooms, as it could well prove to be the case that they work far more efficiently if you aren't wearing clothes, in which case, you could be in dead trouble.

Like I've said so many times before, it only pays to ensure that you don't have a bath without the appropriate weaponry close at hand.
