Fantastic book.Being a new Newfoundland owner this book proved to be our bible to buying our perfect puppy.It is written with dedication and humour.It is also full of history and great photos of this beautiful breed.A must have book for any Newfoundland lover
For an American audience
A reasonably priced book. It has lots of general information, but I always felt like I wanted more detail. It mentions that the different colours have different personality traits, but goes no further than that.
There are details about showing and working classes, but this is all for the American market.
Overall an OK book, but if you are living in the UK, maybe a different book maybe more appropriate. I'm going to purchase one.
