A Hard Day's Write: The Stories Behind Ever... by Steve Turner A great book for the Beatles fan who wants to know more about the whys and whens and what's-it-means of the Beatles songbook.	The Rough Guide to the "Beatles" (Mini Roug... by Chris Ingham £6.29 Physically a very small book, but containing a fabulous wealth of information on the group and the songs, quite superb.	"Beatles" Complete Chord Songbook by Rikky Rooksby £15.97 I'd like to claim this book helped me to play the guitar, but I'm rubbish at it... though this is not the book's fault!

1962-1966 : The Red Album by The Beatles £12.98 If you don't want to buy all the original beatles albums (though why not? they're all great and they're aren't THAT many...)	1967-1970 : The Blue Album by The Beatles £12.98 ... then these compliations cover the important work. There are 39 (Red) and 42 (Blue) tracks to savour.	1 by The Beatles £8.98 ... and if you just (I say 'just'!) want the hits, then these 27 songs will hit the spot.

Anthology 1 by The Beatles £14.98 Hear them begin to get it all together.	Anthology 2 by The Beatles £15.78 Hear them at their most productive.	Anthology 3 by The Beatles £17.98 Hear them starting to fall apart.
