Living in Germany and having good British goods over here it is sometimes difficult to obtain replacement parts, but through Amazon it has been made much easier to obtain genuine parts that can be sent directly to us - thanks

Delivery Problems2
I have used Amazon many times, and to date, I have always been satisfied with the entire service. On this occasion, possibly due to Royal Mail problems, Amazon used a courier service for two orders I placed. Both items were ultimately returned to AMAZON as 'UNDELIVERABLE' although I have not changed addresses in 15 Years, and RM always find me - ultimately no cards were left (so any attendance at my address is severely doubted). Amazon sent the filters to me by RM and they arrived the next day. These were important, and the two week plus delay was not acceptable - The second item is another story, and one which will be reported on separately - but suffice to say, it is still undelivered, and lies in the hands of yet another courier.
