Useless
Bought this half price at £59 but still was not worth that. Tubes fall apart when you use them. Poor location of the handle means it is hard to get a hold of and the suction is very poor also. I took this back for a refund.

Poor suction, help line number out of order!!!
This hoover has very poor suction. The turbo-head worked the first time used, then gave up!! Tried to ring the help line, but an automated voice said 'There is no one to take your call' not try later or anything, then the line went dead! Charming!! Will be looking for a refund, useless!

The best hoover I have ever had. Powerfull and good suction even for pet hair.
