Our individual soufflé dish has the ideal wall thickness to ensure even cooking and the perfect soufflé. The range combines great functionality needed for cooking but also looks absolutely stunning on the table. All the James Martin cookware products have a special easyclean coating. This special coating is applied during the manufacturing process and although invisible to the eye it makes every dish within the cook range extremely easy to wash, either by hand or in the dishwasher.

There are 15 white porcelain items within the Denby James Martin Cook and they range from the cute Sur Le Plate, Small Shallow Oblong Dish for an individual shepherds pie, to a family sized Pie Dish ideal for a mid-week meal, to the fabulous Large Roasting Dish and Rack for Sunday dinner. All Denby James Martin ceramic items can be used in the dishwasher, oven, microwave and freezer.

Great Denby Dishes
I purchased these to not only use as souffle dishes but also for other desserts or large ramekins to hold condiments on the table. Their quality is excellent. A very happy Denby loving customer!

Denby James Martin porcelain souffle set
As a big fan of the White by Denby range I was thrilled to see this set for sale from Amazon at an incredibly cheap price. I already have the ramekins and the cereal/soup bowls and I thought that this set, being an inbetween size, would come in handy for other things than making souffle,
e.g. for crisps, nuts, chocolates etc. The first set arrived with one of the dishes broken but Amazon's excellent service ensured that it was easy to return this set and I received another within a day or so. This time it was fine.
