American format cookbook
A warning to UK readers and readers who use Metric measures - this is an American format cookbook and all measurements are Imperial. Very difficult if you've always used Metric! Also, there are American terms used which can sometimes take a bit of deciphering/Googling. Did anyone know that Cilantro is actually Coriander?! Also, recipes are usually for 6 which can mean some tricky splits of measurements if you're only cooking for two.
