Review
I have lost over two stone and have given up cake and chocolate. I am losing weight at a rate of one or two pounds a week. I find my new diet filling and delicious and I have a lot more energy. --L Burgess
I used to suffer with irritable bowel syndrome and severe constipation - nice! Whatever my doctor prescribed didn't work, but what did work was going vegan. Since then, my stomach feels great, I am no longer bloated and have slimmed down in the process! --J Roberts
I was a very lazy person in a driving job and once I realised my state I changed to a vegetarian and then vegan diet. I am now running marathons (at 45). If only I had realised earlier! I wholeheartedly recommend the V-Plan Diet. --D Smailes

Perfect diary
Really great diary, split into morning, afternoon and evening on the left page, and room for notes on the right page. Hard front cover and magnet means it stays closed.
Ok if you like tofu - otherwise useless!
This is not really a book - it's a brochure. There's some relatively useful info here about weight loss but it's info that you could easily access on the web, or from any diet book.
The recipes are ok - as long as you like tofu! I don't so this book is totally useless to me!
Also, I found the preachy tone - which suggests that only vegans have the perfect healthy diet & everything else is second class in comparison - faintly ridiculous. And I am actually a vegan!
