From the Author
From Angela Bessant
In order to become proficient in using a computer, and passing the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) tests, it is necessary to practise. This book provides lots of activities for you to do that. It covers all seven modules for Version 4 of the ECDL syllabus. It also contains an additional section `Using IT' which forms part of the BCS IT User qualification Level 2.

The book format closely follows that of the Learning to Pass ECDL books where all the knowledge and skills are covered in detail. The book has been produced using MS Office 2003 and Windows XP but in most cases is compatible with some earlier versions of Office. The CD-ROM contains all the source files necessary to complete the tasks (thus saving lots of laborious keying-in time!) leaving you free to concentrate on other skills. Sample answers to exercises in Modules 3, 4, 5, and 6 are provided. Answers are also provided for the multiple choice questions and crosswords.

Good luck!

Customer Reviews

great additional practice5
This book makes a great combo with the coursebook. The exercises are very useful. I particularly like the crosswords and the multiple choice tests. It really brings things into focus and helps give confidence before the tests. Also useful as a review tool. I found it well made and worth its price.

Everyone studying ECDL should have a copy5
I bought this book before starting my ECDL Part1 & 2 Courses at Library. Found it after passing Part1 as totally forgot about it.
What a dream it is and a great source of information on items not covered on the basic three hour course a week at the library. I understand far more from practicing with the tests in the book and then looking at the correct answers on file. This is in my mind a fantastic book and well worth every penny and more!
