Excellent learning aid
I teach ECDL at my local adult & community college, and recommend this book to my students. It is very clear to follow and gives good examples. I have spotted a couple of places where it misses something from the syllabus (e.g. custom animation in PowerPoint) but generally I find it comprehensive.

Easy to use.
This is easy to understand and covers all you need to know. We loved the fact that it talks in plain english no jargon, but still giving you all the correct language to use. It also gives you all the documents etc you need, via the net, so you can practice. Wether your a novice or someone that knows their way round a pc this is for you.
