A gorgeous Vegan cookbook
VEGAN FEASTS is a gorgeous book that will soon convince you that vegans don't just eat brown rice and lentils. The book is full of numerous recipes for soup, dips/dressings, snacks, main meals, desserts, cakes and biscuits. The recipes are easy to follow and the ingredients are relatively easy to find. The only drawback is that there are no photos, but there are so many recipes in this book that it is excellent value for money. This is the ideal book for a new vegan or anyone who has to cook for a vegan. Anyone who has had to cut dairy products out of their diet will also find this book useful as it teaches you about dairy-free alternatives that you can use in your cooking.
absolutely essential vegan cook book
this book is essential to all vegans, and anyone who might ever want to cook vegan food. all the recipes are simple, ingredients can be found in any supermarket, and they're foolproof! lots of old veggie faves such as lasagne, hummus and various salad. also many more interesting recipes. also has some great recipes for vegan cakes that don't taste as if they're vegan!
