Tony Weston and Jackie Redding pair up for an excellent read, packed full of not only mouth-watering easy to follow vegan recipies, but poetry, photography and much more. The two seem to strike a perfect balance in this amazing book, wich would be at home as bed time reading as much as cooking help. Full of insatiable wit and inspirational recipies for every budding vegan, vegetarian or cook. Buy this book, and I garauntee you won't be able to put it down, weather your vegan or not. I've never seen a recipie book like this one! Well done to Tony and Jackie. :o)
