Awful Company
I owned this electric bike for 3 weeks, two and a half of these it was in repair. The bike itself is fine and I had no trouble getting up hills and I did enjoy using it.
The problem comes when you have to deal with the company itself. I spoke to them on a number of occasions, including the managing director, and every time they were very rude and uncaring. Their customer service is non-existent. I originally bought this bike from a bike shop, who were trying to deal with the problem and were getting nowhere with Powacycle. The bike shop had been waiting 3 weeks for a part for another powacycle that a man had bought recently, so it obviously wasn't just me who was experiencing difficulties. Since then, the bike shop have refused to deal anymore with Powacycle as they have been totally disgusted by their attitude and lack of customer service. I have now received a full refund for the bike and I will never buy from or recommend this company again.
