Grow - its great
Nothing new I surpose - but it is great to have everything in one handbook. I loved the format of book I could not bare to put it down. Buy it and share the knowledge with your girlfriends you will feel energised - well done Lynn a fantastic book.

A mish-mash of tired ideas from someone who doesn't embody them
Well, yet another pile of @rse-gravy from the woman. Full of touchy-feely, trite rubbish which is as superficial as it comes. Yes, it draws on some valid ideas of spirituality & balance etc., but displays such a lack of depth in really understanding & embracing these ideas. And if you want to really understand the gulf between the author's writings and what she really lives, just view 10 minutes of I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here. The woman is a walking joke! You'll never take her seriously again.
